Most people looking for a gym videographer end up booking two people: a photographer for the stills and a videographer for the reels, on two different days, in a commercial gym with members walking through the shot. Christopher Bailey does both in one session, in a private gym studio in Nottingham that exists for exactly this.
The studio is a fully equipped training floor: centre rig, free weights, machines, cables, benches and wall-to-wall mirrors, lit for the camera and closed to the public. When you book, the building is yours. No gym music bleeding into your audio, no waiting for the rack, no stranger mid-curl in the background of your reel.
Every setup is directed. Christopher plans the shots, positions you, manages the light and tells you what to do with your hands. The same direction that has produced covers for Muscle and Fitness and FLEX goes into the 30 seconds of vertical video you post on Monday morning.
Gym Video Content You Can Book
Video is built into the photography packages rather than sold as a separate production, so you get it from the same session, the same lighting and the same director.
BTS social highlights reel. A 30 second motivational style reel cut for Instagram Reels and TikTok, filmed while you shoot. Included in The Statement and every package above it, or added to any session for £125.
Shoot day film and reels. The Launch includes a fully produced shoot day video plus social reels. The Campaign includes a launch video and two 30 second reels. Both deliver in seven working days, so you are posting within the week.
Coach testimonial video. Bring a client to your session and Christopher films a client-to-coach testimonial in the studio, professionally lit and edited. £150, alongside a BTS booking. Nothing sells coaching like a real client saying what changed.

Why Film in a Private Gym Studio
Sound. Commercial gyms are loud. Music, dropped plates, other people's conversations. The studio is quiet enough for clean voice capture, which is what makes testimonial videos, talking-to-camera clips and exercise narration usable without a re-record.
Light. Video is less forgiving than stills. Flat overhead fluorescents make a physique look two dimensional in motion. The studio lighting is set for each setup, hard for definition, softer for shape, and stays consistent across every clip so your reels look like they belong together.
Time. No waiting for equipment means more setups per hour. A two hour session typically produces the stills and enough footage for a reel and a handful of clips. A four hour Campaign produces a full content bank.
Privacy. First time on camera? Most people are. It is easier to move naturally when nobody is watching except the person directing you.

How It Works
Book the photography package that fits, add video if it is not already included, and tell Christopher what you post and where. Reels are planned around that: a strength block, a personality block and one editorial idea, each captured on video as well as stills.
Before the session you receive the free Photoshoot Prep Guide. On the day, Christopher directs every clip. Afterwards, video is edited to the same standard as the images and delivered with them. Once delivered, the footage is yours to use anywhere: social, website, ads, wherever you need it.
